Madeline Brennan is a 3D Animator and Digital Illustrator that uses her knowledge of both traditional illustration techniques and 2D animation to create her work.

Due to having learned 2D animation first, Brennan utilizes these techniques to animate a three-dimensional character in a two-dimensional space: making sure emotions, silhouettes, staging, and appeal are represented and felt in just a glance. She has also gone on to collaborate with many other hard-working artists as a 3D Character Animator, as well as having led teams as an Animation Lead in the SCAD Animation Studios productions: "The How Book" and "The Last Dungeon." During her final year at SCAD (Savannah College of Art & Design), she was not only Animation Lead and an Animator once again, but also served as the Art Director for the Senior Capstone Film: "Three Raccoons in a Trench Coat."

Within her illustrations, she uses bright colors to compliment the people, relationships, and emotions that she wants her audience to empathize with. She starts with a sketch, utilizing paper and pencil to begin her work, and will then transfer it to a digital platform to further her work along. This basis of traditional techniques is what pushes her digital media, whether it be Illustration or Animation.
